Missing Parcels
If you have not received your parcel within the allotted shipping period after receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail from One World, please send us an e-mail using the Orders/Delivery query form in the Contact Us section and we will investigate further. If the parcel cannot be traced One World undertakes to replace the missing parcel.

Returns Policy
For any faulty or incorrectly supplied product please send us an e-mail using the Orders/Delivery query form in the Contact Us section and we will investigate further.
All faulty and incorrectly supplied products due to One World error will be replaced.
Any other queries due to customer errors will be handled at One World’s discretion.
One World will replace all faulty goods, if we have received notification of the customer's intent to return the faulty/incorrect product within 7 days of receipt thereof, provided that the product be returned in the original packaging.
